Hi there!

I'm Maria, a London-based Hair and Makeup Artist with a particular interest in film, television and creative storytelling.

My journey into the industry began unexpectedly while assisting on a short film, where I discovered how much I enjoyed bringing characters to life through hair and makeup. Since then, I've trained at the Academy of Freelance Makeup, Delamar Academy and Christine Blundell Makeup Academy, developing my skills across a range of creative techniques.

I've had the opportunity to work on short films, music videos and editorial shoots, exploring everything from period hairstyles and natural beauty to character transformations and special effects makeup.

I love the collaborative nature of the industry, working alongside talented creatives, experimenting with new ideas and finding the details that make each character or look unique. I'm always excited to take on new projects, meet new people and continue developing my craft :)
